HOW IT WORKS
Slide work, barrel work, sight install, or refinish only. The process is the same. Pick your service, ship it in, we do the work, you get it back.
Step 1
PICK YOUR SERVICE
Browse by platform (Glock, CZ, Sig Sauer, Smith & Wesson) or jump straight to a service: optic cuts, porting, iron sight installs, slide refinishing, or barrel refinishing. Accessories, merch, and gift cards are on the Products page.
Pick your model, footprint, and finish. Add what you need (suppressor-height sights, serrations, and more) and check out online.
Your order confirmation email is your shipping reference. Print it and include it in the box with your item.
Step 2
SHIP IT IN
What you send depends on the service:
- Optic cut, serrations, or slide refinish: stripped slide only.
- Porting: stripped slide and OEM barrel.
- Barrel refinish: stripped barrel only.
- Iron sight install: stripped slide, plus the sights or optic if you want them installed.
- Accessories, merch, or gift cards: nothing to ship. We ship to you.
Include a printed copy of your order confirmation. Pack in bubble wrap, use a USPS flat rate box, and add shipping insurance. Ship to the address in your confirmation email.
Step 3
WE DO THE WORK
Most of the work happens in our shop in Crossville, TN. CNC optic cuts, porting, serrations, sight installs, cerakote, and cold blue all run in-house. Your item gets machined, finished, reassembled where needed, and checked before it goes in the box.
Black nitride is the one exception. It runs through a partner facility for the heat-treat process. Same standards, longer turnaround.
Turnaround: 3-5 business days for in-shop work (cerakote, cold blue, machining). 2-4 weeks for nitride.
Step 4
IT SHIPS BACK
Your item ships back to the address you gave us at checkout, finished and ready to install. You get a tracking number by email the day it goes out.

What to Send By Service
Optic cut, serrations, sight install, slide refinish
Stripped slide only. Pull the barrel and recoil spring.
Porting (slide and barrel)
Stripped slide and OEM barrel. Porting includes a nitride refinish on the barrel.
Barrel refinish only
Stripped barrel only. Nothing else needed.
Always include
A printed copy of your order confirmation email.
Do NOT Send
- ✗ Frames or complete firearms. We are not an FFL.
- ✗ Magazines or ammunition
- ✗ Recoil spring (unless porting)
- ✗ Grip tape, adhesives, or loose fasteners
- ✗ Aftermarket parts unless you clear it with us first
How to Pack
- ✓ USPS Small or Medium Flat Rate Box (about $10-17)
- ✓ Wrap the slide or barrel in bubble wrap or foam
- ✓ Add shipping insurance. We strongly recommend it.
- ✓ Ship to the address in your order confirmation
- ✓ Include a printed copy of that confirmation inside the box
- ✓ Return shipping is on us with every service order
