Returns and Refunds
Our Promise
We stand behind every cut. If there is ever an issue with our machining work, contact us and we will make it right. That is our lifetime quality warranty.
Cancellations
- Before work begins: contact us within 24 hours of ordering. We can change the optic footprint, finish, or cancel at no charge.
- After work has started: a 15% cancellation fee applies to cover materials and labor.
- 14 days or longer after purchase: cancellations are returned as store credit only.
Damaged in Shipping
If your part arrives damaged, contact us immediately at support@wagermachineworks.com with photos of the damage and packaging. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve it.
Quality Issues
If you believe the machining work does not meet the specifications of your order (wrong optic footprint, incorrect finish, visible defect), contact us within 30 days of receiving your part. Include photos. We will either redo the work at no cost or issue a full refund for the service.
Accessories and Products
Physical products (iron sights, screws, hardware, merchandise) may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused and in original condition. Contact us to start a return. Shipping costs for product returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-cancellable and have no cash value. They are redeemable only at wagermachineworks.com and do not expire.
