Terms and Conditions
Order Agreement
By placing an order on wagermachineworks.com (operated by Wager Machine Works LLC, Crossville, Tennessee), you agree to the following terms. Please read them before completing your purchase.
Services and Products
Wager Machine Works provides precision machining services (optic cuts, slide serrations, barrel porting, iron sight installation, and refinishing) and sells firearm accessories, hardware, and merchandise. We are not a Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL). We machine customer-owned parts. We do not buy, sell, or transfer firearms.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in US dollars. Your card is charged immediately at checkout via Stripe. We do not hold or pre-authorize. Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed orders are honored at the price shown at checkout.
Order Changes and Cancellations
- Before work begins: Contact us within 24 hours of ordering and we can adjust the optic footprint, finish, or other options at no charge.
- After work has started: A 15% cancellation fee applies to cover material and labor already committed.
- 14 days or longer after purchase: Cancellations are returned as store credit only, not a cash refund.
Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for shipping the correct stripped part (slide, barrel, frame, or compensator) along with a printed copy of your order confirmation. Do not send live ammunition, loaded magazines, or adhesive on work surfaces. We recommend adding shipping insurance ($300 to $500 per slide).
Turnaround Times
Stated turnaround times (typically 3 to 5 business days for cerakote and cold blue finishes) are estimates, not guarantees. Nitride refinishing may add 1 to 2 additional weeks. We will communicate any delays promptly.
Warranty
We stand behind every cut with a lifetime quality warranty. If there is ever an issue with our machining work, contact us and we will make it right.
Limitation of Liability
Wager Machine Works is not liable for damage caused by improper installation, modification by third parties, or misuse of machined parts. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service or product in question.
