Description
This service cuts your factory MOS G43x or G48 slide for direct mounting of a Trijicon RMRcc. The cut is milled over the existing optic cut. Since we cannot add recoil posts due to the depth of the current cut, you must send your RMRcc optic with your slide. We will create a snug pocket for your specific optic to ensure it remains secure under recoil.

COATINGS: You can choose to add Cerakote, cold blue, or black nitride finishes. Cold bluing is applied only to the cut area, preserving the factory finish elsewhere. Cerakote options include Graphite Black, FDE, ODG, Tungsten, and Burnt Bronze, covering the entire slide. Black nitride offers a harder finish similar to factory coatings but lead times are not guaranteed. Estimated total turnaround is 3-4 weeks.
THE PROCESS: After checkout, you will receive an email with shipping instructions. Ship only your stripped slide; we cannot handle frames. We will perform the cut and/or Cerakote and return the slide promptly. An email will confirm when your slide is shipped back.
TIMELINE: Upon receiving your slide, we will complete the work within the stated turnaround time (Mon-Fri) or sooner, including coating.
