RMR Footprint Optic Cut for CZ P10

Description

This is a service to cut your CZ P10 slide for a RMR pattern optic – Trijicon RMR/SRO/RMRhd/RCR and Holosun 407c/507c/508t/507comp. The cut will be .185″ deep. The front bosses WILL be milled in to locate the optic as this is the way the optic was designed to be located and this ensures universal fitment for any optic that is in spec. The threaded holes will not break into any of the internal parts of the slide. The holes are threaded 6-32 and you will need 6-32 x 3/8 screws. Please note: The internals (extractor, firing pin etc) must be included on this slide, as we will need to shorten the extractor retaining pin after we cut the slide. We do not need the barrel or recoil spring. If the extractor is not included, you will be responsible for shortening it yourself.

RMR screws will be included for free.

Recommended Sights for Lower 1/3 Co-witness: Dawson Precision P10 .240″ Front Sight / Glock .360″ Rear Sight. Please Note: CZ front sights can be difficult to remove if they are tight, if we need to remove your front sight, there is a chance it could get damaged.

IRON LOCATION: Due to the size of the RMR footprint, it will be cut over the top of your factory iron sight dovetail. We will recut a Glock style dovetail behind the optic. At this time we do not offer the irons cut in front of the optic.

COATINGS: Three refinishing options are available. Cold blue is a chemical that reacts with bare steel and offers very little protection, but allows the refinishing of just the machined area rather the the full slide. The cerakote and nitride options are for the entire slide. We use H series oven cure cerakote and offer 5 colors. The black nitride is a OEM style metal heat treatment that improves surface hardness and gives the slide higher wear resistance compared to the cerakote.  Note that nitride lead times are not guaranteed and may take 3-4 weeks.

THE PROCESS: Once you checkout with your chosen optic cut you will receive an email with instructions on how to ship the slide to us. Please ship us your stripped slide only. We will complete the cut and/or refinishing and then ship the slide back to you quickly! You will receive an email once the slide has been shipped back to you.

TIMELINE: Once we receive your slide, we will complete the work in the stated turnaround time (Mon-Fri) or less and get it shipped back to you. This includes coating.
