Description
This service cuts your factory Glock slide for a Trijicon RMRcc pattern optic. The cut depth is .125" with recoil bosses milled around the mounting holes. The threaded holes will be 5-40 for use with factory screws included with the optic.
Recommended Sights for Lower 1/3 Co-witness: Ameriglo XL Suppressor Sights (slightly taller than 1/3)
IRON LOCATION: For double stack slides (G19, G22, etc.), you can keep the factory iron sights. For single stack slides (G43/43x/48), the optic will be cut to the rear, eliminating factory irons. We can recut the iron dovetail in front of the optic if desired.
COATINGS: Options include Cerakote or bluing. Cerakote is available in Graphite Black, FDE, ODG, Tungsten, and Burnt Bronze, applied to the entire slide. Cold bluing will only cover the cut area, preserving the factory finish elsewhere. Cerakote requires removal and reinstallation of the channel liner. We also offer a black nitride coating, which is harder than Cerakote and provides a uniform black finish. Lead times for nitride are not guaranteed, with an estimated total turnaround of 3-4 weeks.

THE PROCESS: After checkout, you will receive an email with shipping instructions. Ship only your stripped slide; we cannot handle frames. We will complete the cut and/or Cerakote and ship the slide back to you promptly, with an email notification upon shipment.
TIMELINE: Work will be completed within the stated turnaround (Mon-Fri) or less, including coating.
